Mike has 25 years of travel agent experience, has earned the prestigious Elite Cruise Counselor certification, is extremely well traveled, yet in many ways, he is not your traditional travel agent. He is constantly thinking “outside the box” and designing unique travel solutions for his clients. He is also a pioneer for Travelennium’s “virtual agent” pilot program, and he does not keep traditional office hours. Through the magic of technology, he can work anytime from anywhere! He never misses a chance to learn something new, recently taking a trip to China that lasted less than 48 hours, but he walked the Great Wall, a bucket list item. He said that despite the jetlag, it was totally worth it and he would do it again tomorrow! His current favorite destination is Australia, but he has a trip to New Zealand in his sights hopefully soon.
